John, a lifelong Salford supporter, has a diverse background in construction management, teaching, and rugby league coaching.
An amateur and semi-pro rugby league player, he now serves as the Heritage and Relationships Manager for the Foundation and the head of the Lance Todd Dinner Awards Association. As the club's first Development Manager with a grade three coaching qualification, he helped establish the Salford Red Devils Foundation 17 years ago and became its first Director. He also safeguards the club's memorabilia.
Shirley, a lifelong Salford Red Devils fan and now retired.
She trained as a chef and worked her way up to head chef roles. After starting a family, she shifted to community work in Salford, including resettling older individuals and working in Secure Forensic Nursing. Since 2003, She’s been deeply involved with the Red Devils, helping form the "Forever Reds" fans group and serving as Chairperson during the stadium transition. In 2016, she helped revive the Supporters Trust and currently serve as Chairperson, aiming to lead it into a new era.
