Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Salford RD Holdings Limited to be held at Salford Community Stadium at 7pm on 23 May 2024 The meeting is to discuss and transact the following business:

1. To Receive and adopt the accounts for the 12-month period ending 31 December 2023.
2. The name of the Society to be changed to the most popular name as decided by members following the survey issued 27 April 2024.
3. The Society be authorised not to undertake a full professional audit of the accounts for the period 31 December 2023
4. Confirm the appointment of the Society's Auditor/Independent Examiner (if applicable)
5. Receive the results of the ballot appointing the Board members.
